Our commercial division offers a complete maintenance program.
Throughout the season proper turf maintenance is performed, as well as the appropriate pre-emergent control and fertilizing. We also perform pruning, shearing, and trimming of plant material to promote healthy, natural growth. All accounts are reviewed on a weekly basis, paying close attention to detail. The same crew will perform all services each week or as needed to promote continuity. We closely follow the maintenance schedule we have set up with the client. We make adjustments as necessary according to weather conditions, our observations, or as requested by the customer. We are pro-active in our approach to maintaining your property. Below you will see a calendar of different operation and an approximation of when they are performed.
- Prune Trees: January-February and December
- Prune Dormant Shrubs: January-February
- Spring Clean-up: March
- Fertilize Turf: April, June, August and October
- Cultivate and Edge Beds: periodically from April through October
- Mow Turf: April through November, as needed
- Turf Weed Control: mid April through mid June, and mid August through mid October
- Edge Curbs and Walkways: periodically from April through October
- Fertilize Shrubs and Trees: May-June and October-November
- Pest Control: May through September, as needed
- Trim Shrubs: mid May through mid September, as needed
- Leaf Removal: October through November
